The First Rule of Flight Club

After opening in Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter last March, the social darts venue Flight Club has become a go-to destination for work parties and groups of friends who want to throw sharp objects around.

It’s darts, but not as you know it

Once the preserve of sweaty middle-aged men in dingy clubs, darts has blossomed into an inclusive sport, bringing together friends, families and colleagues in a spirit of (albeit frantic) fun.

What’s even better is that Flight Club has so much more to offer its patrons than beer and crisps, with wide and very tempting food and drinks menus, as well as a massive playlist to provide the soundtrack to your battles.

Individual and team darts tournaments

Parties can range from two to 36 players (37-plus by arrangement) and if you opt for a tournament format, the two highest-scoring players or teams go into a head-to-head final.

There’s no need to worry about keeping scores as it’s all done for you by your own gamesmaster and you’ll even get a recording of the action to take home with you at the end.

A works party to remember

Or hen party, stag party or just-because-you-fancy-launching-projectiles party. Flight Club has a range of party packages on offer, as well as bespoke options, so give them a message to find out what they can do for you and your friends.

A popular option, especially for darts newbies, is the Brunch package, which features an hour at the oche (pronounced ‘okkie’, this is the line darts players stand behind when they aim at the board), pizza paddles and bottomless Prosecco.

Where to find Flight Club

Flight Club Cheltenham is located at Units 11 & 12, The Brewery Quarter, Henrietta Street, Cheltenham GL50 4FA and you’ll need to book online.

The venue is open from 11.30am to 12.00am Sunday to Wednesday, from 11.30am to 1.00am on Thursdays and from 11.30am to 2.00am on Fridays and Saturdays.
