I love property and I also love spreadsheets, so my role as sales administrator at Elliot Oliver is just perfect for me. My background is in customer service so I also enjoy talking to people and building up a rapport with our clients as well as keeping track of how their transactions are coming along.

A great sales administrator is someone who understands that a property transaction can be a lengthy process. Buyers and sellers might think there’s nothing happening for weeks when in fact there’s a lot going on so I like to keep clients in the loop and to reassure them that we’re all working hard to make their move happen.

Working at Elliot Oliver is ideal for me because not only do I get to work with complex processes like property transactions but I also get to write up property descriptions, which lets me use my eye for detail and also my creativity.

When I’m not working my life is quite busy as I love to go for walks around Gloucester, especially Nut Hill and Bourton-on-the-Water. I also enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my family and friends as I’m very sociable. There’s also a thrill-seeking side to me as I love theme parks and a cheeky flutter at the Cheltenham races! Another thing I really love about Cheltenham is that it has lots of great places to eat and we love to go to country pubs in search of the perfect Sunday roast.

My ideal sort of buyer is definitely a first timer. It’s so exciting to accompany people as they go on this journey as buying your first home is a big milestone. Seeing the happiness on buyers’ faces when I tell them their offer has been accepted is amazing and it’s even better when you tell them that the sale has completed and they now own their first home!
